Animal Show

Three new shows at the National Geographic main building on 17th and M streets. The main show is Da Vinci, the Genius but I stayed outside to see another show.

Huge photos of endangered animals, birds and plants fill the picture windows. From the edge of the building down to the sidewalk in front of the photo is a description of the animal and its story.

The photos are luscious and it is fun to see a museum show without entering a building.

Most interesting is the location of most of the animals. Many live in the U.S. It shows that there is a lot to do to improve the ecology in this country. We need to save the habitats of these creatures, man of which are remarkable looking and acting.
